12mm Round shaped Chariote beads that are cut from the natural variety of  the purple gemstone. Charoite Beads are a striking mixture of purple, lavender, white, gray and black with a pearly luster; ideal for creating unique and interesting jewelry pieces. Real charoite is mottled, with interesting designs and an iridescent sheen to its banding. Charoite was only discovered in the late 20th century. This rare variety of silicate mineral is found exclusively in Russia, near the Murun Mountains.
