Fanatec ClubSport DD+

The Fanatec ClubSport DD+ is a premium Direct Drive wheelbase designed for sim racers who want high-end force feedback performance with full PlayStation compatibility. Built around Fanatec’s latest Direct Drive architecture and equipped with FullForce technology, the DD+ delivers exceptionally smooth, detailed, and responsive force feedback for both competitive and immersive driving experiences.

Originally released with 15 Nm of holding torque, the ClubSport DD+ now supports up to 18 Nm of holding torque through Fanatec firmware version V1.4.2.3 or newer, providing increased steering weight, stronger sustained feedback, and greater dynamic range during demanding driving conditions.

High-Performance Direct Drive System

The ClubSport DD+ uses a custom-developed Direct Drive servo motor designed specifically for sim racing. By connecting the steering wheel directly to the motor shaft, the DD+ delivers faster response times, improved precision, and more detailed road feel compared to belt-driven systems.

FullForce Technology

Important Notes

• Firmware Update: Holding torque increased from 15 Nm to 18 Nm through Fanatec firmware version V1.4.2.3 or newer.
• QR2 Lite Limitation: Steering wheels using the QR2 Lite Wheel-Side are limited to 8 Nm torque output.
• Safety: Direct Drive wheelbases generate strong force feedback and are not suitable for children. Always mount the wheelbase securely to a rigid cockpit or sim racing chassis.
