This beautifully crafted hexagonal shaped bowl is handmade from wild cherry tree bark in Japan, and features a crimson-red lacquered interior. The bowl is perfect for use as a rather stylish accessory storage box, great for small pieces of jewellery, or use it as a valet tray for putting your keys, wallet, and loose-change in when you're off-duty. The piece would also make a rather lovely fruit bowl.

Selector's Notes

This traditional Japanese craft is called Kabazaiku, and has been practised for over 230 years. This Japanese box would make a perfect unique gift for a loved one.
