We recommend taking the two capsule serving of Methylation Support® with breakfast or lunch. If you prefer, you can also take one capsule in the morning at breakfast and the second capsule at lunch. While Methylation Support® is water soluble and may be taken with only a glass of water, (it does not have to be taken with a meal), some people find that they feel better when taking it with food.
