The Vortex® / O2 Spas Therapy Collar Headrest is a genuine OEM replacement designed for pre‑2012 Vortex, Monarch and O2 Spas. Engineered to cradle the neck, shoulders and upper back, this therapy‑style headrest enhances hydrotherapy performance by supporting the areas targeted by neck and shoulder jets.

Made from durable polyurethane, it offers long‑lasting comfort and is shaped specifically for therapy seats found in older Vortex and O2 spa models. This headrest is not compatible with EVA headrests used from 2012 onward.
