DIRECTIONS  

- Anti-Allergy Skincare: Add 3 drops of essential oil (including Moringa Seed Oil, Organic Frankincense Essential Oil, and Organic True Lavender Essential Oil) to 10 grams of HosannaWind Multi-Purpose Moisturizing Base Cream for daily skincare. You can also mix 3 drops of essential oil into 10 milliliters of HosannaWind Moringa Seed Oil and apply to the skin to relieve discomfort.

- Relaxing Bath: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 15 grams of HosannaWind Himalayan Mineral Rock Salt for a relaxing bathing experience.

- Aromatherapy for Sleep: Add 5 drops to the diffuser, effective for asthma, hay fever, and other allergies. It can also enhance and calm emotions.
