2021 Domaine Thibert Pouilly Vinzelles Les Longeays92 Points Burghound: This is aromatically cool to the point of reticence with its restrained nose of green apple, mineral reduction, just sliced lemon lime and spice hints. The super sleek and almost painfully intense flavors exude evident minerality on the beautifully delineated, driving and attractively dry finale. This would benefit from at least a few years of keeping in the hopes that better depth will develop but it's already lovely.
