2019 Vinatigo Vijariego BlancoA new wine from them and the first (that I've seen) white Vijareigo a red grape, rare but grown in several parts. Closest example would be to a Chablis but that doesn't do it justice. There is an innate smokiness to this wine that is intangible and almost festive. High acid and sleek but the viscosity is exotic and tree fruit driven, almost making out with the sea like in that Chris Isaak MTV video.
