Only produced in "super" vintages. Uses cofermenation of different grapes every year, aged 24 months in barrique, and then aged for another 12-16 months. The 2015 is a co-fermentation of various Montepulciano sites within Rosso Conero. Intense, intense, and more intense. There is such a strong, impenetrable flavor profile here it's a bit hard to put your finger on. There is an intense, rock hard core of fruit with the most pure yet exotic spice one can dream of. The wine can age for decades, with some from the 90s still going strong.
