Pine needle oil is a natural essential oil extracted from the needles and young branches of pine trees through distillation. It is rich in phytoncides and has a fresh, strong forest aroma. Its chemical components—α-pinene and β-pinene—effectively protect the respiratory tract and have antibacterial, air-quality-improving, blood-circulation-promoting, and analgesic effects. It is primarily used to treat lung diseases such as bronchitis, tuberculosis, and pneumonia. In addition, its applications are wide-ranging, including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, nasal congestion-relieving, deodorizing, diuretic, disinfectant, expectorant, restorative, skin-warming, sweat-inducing, stimulating, and tonic properties.

Directions

Aromatherapy Diffuser: add 3-5 drops of pine needle essential oil to a diffuser, along with eucalyptus or peppermint, to effectively purify indoor air, prevent colds, and create a relaxing forest-like atmosphere.

Inhalation Method: when feeling congested or dizzy, put 1-2 drops on a handkerchief or rub your palms together to warm them, then inhale for an immediate feeling of refreshment.

Massage Dilution: do not apply directly! Dilute the pine needle essential oil to a carrier oil concentration of 1-3% (e.g., 2-6 drops of essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil) and massage onto the chest (for cough relief), neck and shoulders, or aching joints.

Bath: add 3-5 drops to a tablespoon of milk or carrier oil, stir well, and then add to bath water to soothe cold discomfort and muscle fatigue.

Household Cleaning: mix with white vinegar and water to create a natural cleaner for mopping floors or wiping tabletops; it not only removes dirt but also disinfects and eliminates odors.
