Sweet Orange essential oil contains natural limonene and alpha-pinene, which can help people relax and restore energy, and is most suitable for relieving restlessness and tension, and making the mood more cheerful.

DIRECTIONS

• Skin Care: Sweet Orange is an excellent moisturiser, especially for oily skin, and has the ability to balance the skin's sebum and regulate acne and pimples. For skin care, Sweet Orange can be combined with Lavender essential oil to create a blended massage oil.
• As sweet orange essential oil is photosensitive, avoid exposure to sunlight for at least 12 hours after use.
• For evening skincare, add 9 drops to 30ml of Hosannawind Moringa Seed Oil or Hosannawind Multi-Purpose Moisturising Base Cream and apply to the skin to help reduce the appearance of blemishes and scars, and to soothe dry and irritated skin.
• Bathing: A few drops mixed with Himalayan Rock Salt in the bath will help to refresh and reduce fatigue.
• Diffusion: The sweet citrus aroma of sweet orange essential oil is especially popular with children, and it can be used in children's bedrooms to diffuse the aroma and even help them fall asleep, and is known as ‘children's essential oil’.
• Use Sweet Orange essential oil to lift the mood, and relax with True Lavender essential oil, so that the depressed mood will become better and gradually calm down, so that you can sleep peacefully until morning! Add 3 drops of Sweet Orange essential oil and 2 drops of True Lavender essential oil to the diffuser 1 hour before bedtime to promote deeper sleep through diffusion.
• Inner Health: Sweet Orange essential oil has a soothing effect on the stomach and intestines in a state of stress, improving diarrhoea and constipation caused by restlessness, and stimulating bile secretion, improving loss of appetite. It also stimulates bile secretion and improves appetite. It promotes lymphatic circulation and improves oedema.
• According to a Japanese study, people with cognitive disorders may lose their sense of smell to a certain extent, and if they keep stimulating the olfactory nerve cells, it may slow down the rate of brain degeneration. This can be done by following the body's autonomic nervous system's routine of stimulating active brain cells during the day and soothing and relaxing the brain nerves at night.
  • Daytime blended oil: 4 drops of Rosemary + 2 drops of Lemon
  • Effects: stimulates the hippocampus, improving concentration and memory.
  • Night time blended oil: 4 drops of True Lavender + 2 drops of Sweet Orange
  • Effects: soothing and calming, stimulates the regeneration of nerve cells.
