• Winch Ready: Fits up to a 13,500-lb winch, mounted low in a steel cradle for strength and cooling efficiency.

• Recovery Points: Precision-machined to accept both steel and soft shackles, plus integrated downward hooks that double as jack points.

• DEF Protection: Added shielding around the DEF tank without moving emissions equipment (Adax Pro only).

• JT7 Sideguard Assist Compatible: Works with new Mercedes Sideguard Assist sensor located in the passenger side of the bumper

• Installation-Friendly: Adax center section follows the lines of the Sprinter bumper and covers the cut lines, so DIY installs look professional.

The Adax Sprinter bumper combines a thick steel winch cradle with a lightweight aluminum exterior. This balance delivers best-in-class strength while keeping weight to a minimum—something every Sprinter owner values.

Multipurpose Recovery Points

Recovery points aren’t just cut into the Sprinter bumper—they’re machined for smooth edges to protect your gear. The added downward hook design works for quick line attachment and doubles as a perch for hydraulic or Hi-Lift jacks, making front tire changes faster and safer.

Winch Spool Window

Proper spooling is critical to prevent line damage and winch failure. Our integrated spool window lets you visually manage your line as it reels in, reducing crossovers that can weaken or destroy synthetic rope.

Cooling & Airflow

Behind the Sprinter’s bumper sit three vital radiators: intercooler, transmission cooler, and engine radiator. Block them and you’ll see power loss, overheating, and derates—especially at altitude. Most bumpers do exactly that. The Adax solves it with:

• A low-mounted winch cradle to clear airflow.

• Ram-air side ports with internal tunnels that direct cool air back to the radiator stack.

The result: dramatically improved airflow and stable engine and transmission temps, even under heavy load.

DEF Protection

The Adax Pro version adds a shield beneath the vulnerable DEF tank, protecting it from trail damage while staying within emissions compliance.

Designed for a Clean Installation

Edges of the Adax bumper cover OEM trim cut lines, so you don’t need a perfect cut for a clean, professional finish.

After recalibration, the system should function as intended BUT please understand that any modifications to the safety equipment of the van are done are the buyer’s own risk.
