Recommended use or purpose:
Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Provides antioxidants that help fight/protect (cells) against the oxidative damage (cell damage) caused by free radicals.

Recommended dose:
Adults take 1/4 teaspoon (900 mg) 1 time per day for maintenance and 1/2 teaspoon (1,800 mg) 3 times per day for 
therapeutic dose. 

Cautions and warnings:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Store in a cool dry place, away from children. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
