Key Applications:

• Repairing knot holes, cracks, and gouges in hardwoods and softwoods
• Edge bonding and butt‑joint lamination of timber sections
• Fairing and shaping applications where sanding and profiling are required

Technical Highlights:

• Mix Ratio: 2 parts Resin: 1 part Hardener (by volume)
• Mixed Viscosity: ~8867 cP at 23 °C for gap‑filling consistency
• Build & Standability: Holds shape in fills; sands to a smooth surface once cured
• Shrinkage: ≤ 0.1 % volumetric, ensuring stable fills with no void formation
• Tint & Additives: Accepts wood‑toned tints or pigments; can be thickened with micro‑spheres or fumed silica for non‑slump builds
• Working Time: ~20 – 30 minutes at 23 °C
• Cure Schedule: Handle‑ready in 8 – 10 hours; full mechanical strength in 72 hours
