A considered pairing of material and craft, combining Japanese oak with heat-treated flex steel for a tool that feels both responsive and enduring in use.

The blade is formed from stainless flex steel, engineered to bend with gentle pressure and return cleanly to shape, offering precision and control across a range of tasks. In contrast, the octagonal handle is carved from Japanese oak - lightweight, balanced, and shaped for a natural, secure grip inspired by traditional knife-making.

Construction is deliberately minimal. No resins, glues, or plastics are used - the blade is fixed simply with rivets, allowing each material to remain honest to its nature. The oak is lightly finished with walnut oil, enhancing its grain and allowing it to develop a soft patina over time.
