• For customised orders involving increased length or larger sizes, additional charges will apply and will be shared separately with the client via WhatsApp before confirmation.
• In case of fabric availability issues, the closest available fabric may be used to complete the pants. Variations in colour, transparency, or texture are part of the process, and the brand will not be responsible for such differences.
• Clients are encouraged to visit in person for fabric viewing, or the team will share fabric details before production.
• Live picture requests are not accommodated, as colours and embroidery may appear different across devices and screen settings and may not accurately reflect the actual product.
