These two types of strawberry daifuku are red and white, made with a whole medium-sized Hakata Amaou strawberry, lovingly grown by strawberry farmers in Fukuoka. With one bite, the sourness of the Amaou and the refined sweetness of the bean paste spread throughout your mouth. They are best enjoyed half-thawed. Azuki bean paste: (azuki beans, sugar) (domestically produced), glutinous rice, strawberries, glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, starch/trehalose, coloring agent (cochineal), enzymes, (contains soybeans).
