The Tempura Pot "iron frying pan" is characterised by its easy-to-pour mouth shape. It is an oval shape measuring 205 x 160 mm.

The oval body allows you to cook voluminous tempura cutlets, shrimp, fried fish, etc. with ease, and can be stored compactly after use. Although it is small, it is deep, so the sides protect against oil splashes during cooking and help prevent the tempura from splashing. The wide mouth makes it easy to pour and the handle can be held firmly with both hands, making it easy to transfer oil.

There are two lines to indicate the amount of oil: the appropriate amount line of 500ml and the maximum amount of use line of 800 ml. Use this as a guide when adjusting according to the heating appliance or scene. This is a compact Tempura "iron frying pan" that you can use without stress.
