An enchanting antique ring with a beautiful meaning behind it. A tiny momento to celebrate a new life, baby rings were a loved jewel by the Victorians and Edwardians.

The miniature scale of this piece creates a mesmerising treasure from history. The ring would have been crated for an Edwardian child and is in the form of a mixture signet ring. Shield in shape it has been engraved with the initials JML, all completed by hand.

Dating to the turn of the century this is crafted from warm 9 carat gold with the letters picked out. It would make a very special gift for a new parent, baby gift or just someone who loves rare and unusual antique jewels.
